Fear grips me so. Blocks my vision. Obscures my passion. Blinds my will.
It's time to counteract. Put fear in its place so I can reach higher places.
Where to begin?
The ordinary, the routine, the mundane. Practice habits that promote mindfulness and connection to my core.
Every structure follows the natural order of wellness. It begins with internal systems that seek nourishment and sustenance. Rituals of daily life that promote movement and inspiration. Knowledge that raptures and propels. They are simplicities, but ones that require dedication, intent, and purpose. They ask for you to not neglect or ignore them, but embrace and care for them. Make them habit, make them second nature.
Once you have harnessed their full potential, you can move forward to your goals and plans with a solid foundation supporting you., one you know you can always fall back on.
So I ask, what are you waiting for? The fear to one day leave you of its own volition? A random burst of energy that will solve all of your problems? No, the only option is to take action. Nothing comes free in life, everything is earned one way or another.
I see you. Do not become discouraged. You know this is what you're destined for. Do not be afraid to reach out and take it.
